There are 116 of us. We are running as IG Metall candidates because we enjoy working here at Giga. Because we have found not only colleagues here, but also friends. Because we believe that we can make this factory better for all of us.
We want to fight for this together with you on the works council!
1. S1 + 1 year = S2! Experience must be recognized and paid for. Those who have been with the company for 1 year work faster, can take on different tasks, and often train new employees. That’s why the following should apply to all pay levels: +1 after the first year!
2. Equal promotion opportunities for all – instead of informal networks! Promotions must be based on performance, skills, and qualifications, not relationships with supervisors!
3. Our vacation time belongs to us! More consecutive days, more flexibility in planning. Company holidays must be set a year in advance!
4. What we want is standard: a 12% shift bonus for late shifts, and at least as much Christmas bonus and vacation pay as our colleagues at Tesla Germany and Automation!
5. If we are to produce more, we need more people. Temporary workers must be taken on permanently. If teams are understaffed, the production lines must run slower. Otherwise, the work will make us sick. Our health is more important than manager bonuses and profits!
6. Where work is timed, we need additional paid short breaks. Not as a gift from the supervisor, but as a right for everyone!
7. Promote good leadership! Those who treat their team with respect and ensure good working conditions should be rewarded for doing so. Those who kick downwards should not remain in a leadership position!
8. Colleagues at the P and M levels need compensation for overtime. This is only possible if working hours are recorded correctly. And for those who need more time off: sabbaticals must also be possible at Tesla!
9. Every minute of working time must be paid! It is unacceptable for overtime hours to disappear from accounts, for training videos to be watched during free time, or for handovers and work preparation to take place before the start of a shift!
10. Our workplace must be a safe place for everyone: equal rights for all — we cannot tolerate discrimination! We are all colleagues, regardless of where we come from or where we want to go, whether we work in production or in the office, whether we have a permanent
1.The election is secret. No one can see how you vote - not during, not after.
2. You decide freely! Where you put your cross is your choice alone. Any supervisor pressuring you to vote for or against a list is breaking the law. IG Metall will take legal action if necessary.
3. Temporary workers, trainees, and dual students are also allowed to vote. If you work at Tesla on election day and your assignment is planned for three months or more, you can vote.
4. Don't fall for false promises! Just like last time, management is spreading lies, threats, and empty promises. The truth is simple: If more Teslas are sold than we can produce, the factory will expand. If not, it won't - no matter who wins the election. Everything else is fearmongering!
